Even in 1925, Thamizhavel. Uma Maheswaranar dreamed that a Tamil University must be started for establishing Tamil culture, Art, Cvilization and safe guard the interest of Tamil either in Tanjore or Trichy. At the same time, he very much wished that Karanthai Puzhavar Kalloori must grow like a banian tree & be converted into a Tamil University in karanthai itself. With these aims, he toured in North India, Visited various famous University like Banaras University. He wanted to Make a Survey how these Universities Patron their own Mother, Tongue. When he was submerged in the great cause suddenly he fell ill, Alas! fate willed otherwise snatched away his life from our midst on 19th May 1941 at 3.30 P.M. On Friday “Tamil Koorum Nallulugam” felt that it was irrepasable loss to the Tamil community. At last his dream came tree by the efforts of “Purachi Thalaivar”, Ponmanna Chennai M.G.R. a separate University was established in Thanjai itself with all infra Structures & facilities. The Pioneer work of Thamizhavel. came fruitful. Tamil society ever indebted to him.
T.V. Radhakrishna Pillai Emergency of fourth Tamil Sangam in Kudal manager Madurai after first, second, & third Tamil Sangams in South Madurai, Kabalapuram & North Madurai respectively. It was in 1901, by the great efforts of Pandidurai Tevar the fourth Tamil Sangam gets established in the present Madurai. During the period in Karanthai of Thanjavur, the T.V. Radhakrishna Pillai lived. Every year in Thanjavur (Karanthai) Annual Tamil conference was celebrated when Tamil conference was conducted in Madurai.
A Partinent question sprang from the heart of T.V. Radhakrishna Pillai why not a separate unique Tamil Sangam be started in Karanthai itself. Because of this thought in 1911, Karanthai Tamil Sangam was established as the “Fifth Tamil Sangam” with all glory.
At that time, Thamizhavel Uma Mageswaranar’s own brothers was unanimously considered as the fitlest person to adorn the presidenship chair who had great scholarship in Tamil as well as English and above all his love for Tamil language was great without accepting any portfolio T.V. Radhakrishna Pillai did yoven service to Tamil Sangam of Karanthai.
This veteran patron of Tamil Sangam T.V. Radhakrishna Pillai Suddenly demised leaving his followers in indeliable misery at prime age of 33 like Bharathiyar, Keats, Shelly & Adisankara & Ramanujam.

With a noble aim to promote Karanthai Tamil Sangam as one of the great unique world universities like oxford, combridge in England & Universities like Ale & Princeton Universities in U.S.A. he toured in North India to visit Maharishi Nobel Prize Laurete Rabindaranath Tagore’s Santhinikethan & vishwabharathi, when he was paisabath near Ayyothi, his health suddenly deteriorated and he died reaching the abode of Lord Siva.

Ramanathan Ayya is working tirelessly day & night.
